This is a rough thumbnail layout for the 4th part of dense valley that I'm working on now.
I've been thinking a lot about my style and composition for my comic. I really like the way my thumbnails look, so I'm trying to be as faithful to them as possible. I noticed that a square frame is what I tend to use in thumbnails. I also like the negative space in my thumbnails. My heads fill up almost all of the frame like mountains. I'll be trying to make this show through in my next installment.
